Web Based Training
In this learning module, you will learn how to protect your health in the office and keep fit at VDU workstations.
The learning module teaches employees how to sit correctly at a computer workstation, what is involved in an ergonomic workplace, how to protect their eyes and nerves, and what other measures in the office protect their health.
In the "Instruction" menu, employees familiarize themselves with the measures with the help of animations set to music, case histories, photos and graphics. In the "Training" menu, they can complete exercises and further deepen their knowledge. The final test consists of a random pool of tasks from the training. The module is based on current occupational health and safety legislation.
